Authorised members join or cancel participation. The server rechecks current access and available capacity.

A private event is not a public guest list. Participant identities are not public; the address or meeting link belongs only to currently authorised signed-in participants. Token ownership alone grants neither administration nor professional status.

XIXOUT is being developed to help companies communicate with investors, tokenholders and shareholders in the complex environment of capital markets and financial innovation. Its purpose is to turn professionally approved rules into an understandable workflow and reduce mistakes in content, audience and channel selection.

Rules depend on the issuer, instrument, country, audience and purpose. MiCA and MiFID II do not universally apply together to every token.
Verified recipient
Identity and holdings are separate from investor classification and whether a communication is lawful. Token 19 and interface language do not override restrictions.
Controlled publication
Company reporting, discussion and marketing are distinguished. Financial promotion without an approved legal basis is not enabled; the preview does not open offers.
Data protection
GDPR requires lawful bases, minimisation, processor contracts, retention and rights handling. An access gate or audit trail alone is insufficient.

Access model
Content opens by scope. Administration never does automatically.
XIX is the local Czech access scope. 19 is a broader scope for the UK-originating network, including Europe and Czech content. It is not a public offer, investment classification, licence confirmation or regulated service.

Each source has its own validity period and revocation mechanism. Permissions are checked on every use.

The design separates content access, editorial authority, oversight and agent activity. Every layer has its own constraints and human accountability.
Deny by default
An unverified account cannot see protected content. Scope is evaluated server-side for every read and write.
Roles are separate from tokens
Moderation and administration require a separate, limited role. A token never assigns administrator rights automatically.
Traceable change
The internal audit records the actor, time and continuity of material events. External blockchain anchoring is not active in this version.
Agent under mandate
AI features are disabled in this version. Activation requires a separate mandate and approval. Publishing, permission changes and moderation remain human decisions.

In this mode, XIXOUT provides no trading, exchange, custody, investment service or public offer of digital assets.
Mandatory liability remains
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator’s liability is excluded or limited. Nothing here excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
