Public documentation / EXPERIMENT
Community rules and DSA notice / appeal
Professional standards, human moderation and a proposed electronic channel for unlawful-content notices and appeals.
EXPERIMENT / UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Experimental mode until further notice. XIXOUT is experimental community software, not a financial service. Synthetic DEMO data in the public preview is distinct from real external tokens.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XIXOUT is provided in experimental mode on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may contain errors and may be changed, restricted, suspended or discontinued at any time. To that same legally permitted extent, no warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or security. No content constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, an offer, a market, a licence, an approval or a third-party endorsement. Content or availability must not be relied on as the sole basis for any real-world decision.
No warranty. No right to rely.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or purely economic loss arising from reliance on experimental content or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability protected for consumers or weaker parties and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. The precise regime depends on the operator, the user, the governing law and the circumstances.
Pilot conditions
A confirmed operator does not replace professional review.
The operator is XIXOIO LTD; the confirmed, monitored contact for support, privacy and security is info@xixoio.com. The operator's pilot approval does not replace evidence of applicable legal, privacy, security and operational conditions or professional review of these drafts.
Mandatory review
EU/Czech counsel + DPO; UK counsel where in scope
This document is a product and compliance draft, not legal advice or approved final wording. Before an external pilot it requires review by qualified EU/Czech counsel and a DPO and, for UK users, by qualified UK counsel.
- 01service classification and DSA applicability
- 02notice and action, statements of reasons and appeals
- 03protection of notifiers, participants and personal data
1. Purpose and legal status
The community is a closed professional space for authorised invited people. Discussion should be factual, traceable and relevant to the company, permitted token scope or improvement of the environment. Synthetic DEMO examples must be distinguishable from actual company communications.
This draft draws on DSA notice-and-action and internal-complaint principles. It does not claim that XIXOUT falls within a particular online-platform category or has met every duty. Applicability, exemptions, the competent Digital Services Coordinator and contact points require legal confirmation.
2. Professional community standard
- 01state verifiable facts and distinguish opinion, estimate, synthetic example and AI draft
- 02respect confidentiality, copyright, trade marks, trade secrets and personal data
- 03do not imply an investment offer, regulatory approval, institutional partnership or future DEMO value
- 04do not harass, discriminate, threaten or distribute hateful, exploitative, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful content
- 05do not publish credentials, private keys, identity documents, payment data or unsolicited personal information
- 06do not automate manipulation, mass outreach, scraping or circumvention of moderation
3. Moderation and reasons
Measures must be proportionate, consistent and based on a published rule or legal ground. They may include a warning, visibility restriction, content removal, temporary suspension or termination of access.
Unless law, security or another person's rights prevent it, the affected person receives timely reasons identifying the decision, content, ground, role of automation and challenge route. AI alone must not impose a significant final sanction.
4. Notice of potentially unlawful content
An accessible electronic notice-and-action channel must exist before the pilot. A notice must not require public disclosure of personal data and receipt must be confirmed through a verified channel.
- 01precise identification and location of the content
- 02an explanation of why it may be unlawful and any legal or evidential basis
- 03details needed for secure communication unless law provides otherwise
- 04a good-faith statement that information is accurate and complete to the notifier's best knowledge
Notices are assessed diligently, promptly and without presuming guilt. Outcomes and reasons are provided to the extent compatible with others' rights, security and confidentiality.
5. Appeals and human review
Appeal must be electronic and free, reviewed by a qualified person able to uphold, change or reverse the decision. The process should be timely, non-discriminatory, diligent and non-arbitrary.
If DSA Article 20 applies, internal complaints must remain available for at least six months and the notice must cover available out-of-court and judicial routes. Counsel must confirm the exact regime.
6. Audit, privacy and emergencies
Notices, decisions, reasons, rules, human review and appeals are kept only for an approved period and to the necessary extent. Access is role-limited and sensitive details are not exposed to the wider community.
Threats to life, child sexual abuse, credible threats of violence or another legally defined emergency require a separately approved escalation process and verification of the competent authority.
7. Contact point and remaining procedural conditions
Content notices and objections can be directed to the monitored contact info@xixoio.com. Confirming a mailbox alone does not demonstrate a complete notice-and-action or appeal process, records, response deadlines or a dedicated authority contact; those arrangements require separate legal and operational review.
The operator is XIXOIO LTD; the confirmed, monitored contact for support, privacy and security is info@xixoio.com. The operator's pilot approval does not replace evidence of applicable legal, privacy, security and operational conditions or professional review of these drafts.
