Public documentation / EXPERIMENT
Experimental mode
Experimental community software, separation of the public synthetic preview from real tokens, and remaining pilot conditions.
EXPERIMENT / UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Experimental mode until further notice. XIXOUT is experimental community software, not a financial service. Synthetic DEMO data in the public preview is distinct from real external tokens.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XIXOUT is provided in experimental mode on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may contain errors and may be changed, restricted, suspended or discontinued at any time. To that same legally permitted extent, no warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or security. No content constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, an offer, a market, a licence, an approval or a third-party endorsement. Content or availability must not be relied on as the sole basis for any real-world decision.
No warranty. No right to rely.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or purely economic loss arising from reliance on experimental content or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability protected for consumers or weaker parties and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. The precise regime depends on the operator, the user, the governing law and the circumstances.
Pilot conditions
A confirmed operator does not replace professional review.
The operator is XIXOIO LTD; the confirmed, monitored contact for support, privacy and security is info@xixoio.com. The operator's pilot approval does not replace evidence of applicable legal, privacy, security and operational conditions or professional review of these drafts.
Mandatory review
EU/Czech counsel + DPO; UK counsel where in scope
This document is a product and compliance draft, not legal advice or approved final wording. Before an external pilot it requires review by qualified EU/Czech counsel and a DPO and, for UK users, by qualified UK counsel.
- 01legal classification of intended functions in the EU, Czech Republic and UK
- 02transparency, consumer and data protection
- 03product readiness and security evidence
1. Experimental mode until further notice
Experimental mode until further notice. XIXOUT is experimental community software, not a financial service. Synthetic DEMO data in the public preview is distinct from real external tokens.
XIXOUT is closed, invitation-only community software for professional communication between companies and authorised participants. The public preview uses synthetic DEMO data; real tokens may provide external evidence for an access scope, not a product issued by XIXOUT. Community content is not publicly accessible and this is not financial infrastructure. Publication alone does not mean that legal classification, security or operational conditions have been completed.
V2.3.2 supports approved evidence of XIX / CZ and 19 / GLOBAL access scopes bound to a verified identity. On 21 October 2026 the operator confirmed that the supplied portfolio snapshots dated 2 October 2026 are current for the pilot. A snapshot is not live blockchain verification: a holding change takes effect only after an approved update or expiry of the recorded entitlement. The on-chain adapter remains a separate, disabled route. A token never grants an administrative role by itself.
2. What may be tested
The experiment does not tokenise an asset, issue or distribute a token, settle a transaction or record real rights. Displayed data must be demonstrably true or visibly marked as synthetic DEMO data.
An access entitlement is separate from a DEMO unit and the rights of an external token. It defines only permitted content and functions under the room policy, not legal ownership, an investment right, a licence or regulatory status. Each company's legal and communications scope requires separate assessment; MiCA and MiFID II do not automatically apply to every token in the same way.
- 01invited professional profiles and roles in a specific closed community
- 02company profiles, posts, comments, feedback and improvement proposals
- 03explanatory screens with synthetic DEMO data and separate company communications within the permitted pilot scope
- 04controlled participation by internal observers in design, security and compliance
3. Fixed boundary of a DEMO unit
Each DEMO unit in the public synthetic preview is only a record used to test the user experience. It has no monetary or market value, uses no DLT or comparable technology and creates no ownership, voting, return, membership, contractual or other right. It cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or deposited; it has no wallet, blockchain contract, contract address or market. This boundary does not change the properties or rights of real external tokens. XIXOUT does not issue or transfer those tokens or determine their legal classification or holders' rights. The DEMO label is not a legal safe harbour and does not determine legal classification; that depends on the actual function and qualified legal assessment.
The five-minute finalized-block attestation applies only to a possible future activation of the on-chain adapter, not to the pilot's confirmed portfolio snapshot. Neither route is continuous holding monitoring.
- 01no price, exchange rate, return, appreciation, interest, profit-linked reward or promise of future value
- 02no public or private offer, reservation, pre-order, purchase waiting list or collection of money
- 03no wallet export, on-chain transfer, trading or link to a real asset
- 04no claim that a DEMO unit proves a company's regulatory status or token readiness
4. No regulated service or offer
XIXOUT does not provide investment, payment, credit, crowdfunding, exchange, custody, trading, brokerage, advisory or other regulated financial services. It does not perform KYC/AML assessment, approve an offer or determine a company's or product's regulatory classification.
Content is not an inducement to invest, investment advice, an offer to subscribe or evidence of legal compliance. A DEMO label does not replace legal assessment. Features that could create value, transferability, a financial claim or a market must remain technically and procedurally excluded and independently verified for every release.
5. No institutional endorsement or approval
A reference to a regulator, supervisor, bank, public institution, identity provider or other third party may describe only an intended role, general legal framework or synthetic scenario. Without a verified public source it must not imply participation, partnership, endorsement, licensing, mandate, certification or approval of XIXOUT, a company or a DEMO unit.
Institutional logos and labels such as approved, compliant or regulated must not be displayed without a specific, valid and verifiable legal basis.
6. Provision, warranties, liability and no reliance
7. Gates before an external pilot
The operator is XIXOIO LTD; the confirmed, monitored contact for support, privacy and security is info@xixoio.com. The operator's pilot approval does not replace evidence of applicable legal, privacy, security and operational conditions or professional review of these drafts.
- 01verified operator identity, registered address, accountable persons and working contact points
- 02written review by qualified EU/Czech counsel and, where relevant, UK counsel, including consumer law, the DSA and financial regulation
- 03DPO approval covering controller, purposes, lawful bases, retention, processors, transfers and any DPIA
- 04security testing of invite-only access, community isolation, audit trail, recovery and incident response
- 05a legally and technically verified register of chain IDs, contract addresses, standards, thresholds, finality and attestation validity
- 06approved terms, privacy information, moderation, appeals and evidenced acceptance of the exact version
8. Participant duties
A participant may use the environment only for authorised testing and professional discussion. They must not offer or price a DEMO unit, promote it as an investment, connect it to a real right or move communications into an unofficial transaction channel.
Incorrect labels, promises of value, false institutional claims or attempted transactions can be reported to info@xixoio.com. Do not send passwords, pairing keys, OTPs or personal data not needed for the report in ordinary email.
