Participation terms

Rules for invited access, permitted use, moderation, liability and ending participation in the closed experiment.

EXPERIMENT / UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Experimental mode until further notice. XIXOUT is experimental community software, not a financial service. Synthetic DEMO data in the public preview is distinct from real external tokens.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XIXOUT is provided in experimental mode on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may contain errors and may be changed, restricted, suspended or discontinued at any time. To that same legally permitted extent, no warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or security. No content constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, an offer, a market, a licence, an approval or a third-party endorsement. Content or availability must not be relied on as the sole basis for any real-world decision.

No warranty. No right to rely.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or purely economic loss arising from reliance on experimental content or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability protected for consumers or weaker parties and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. The precise regime depends on the operator, the user, the governing law and the circumstances.

Pilot conditions

A confirmed operator does not replace professional review.

The operator is XIXOIO LTD; the confirmed, monitored contact for support, privacy and security is info@xixoio.com. The operator's pilot approval does not replace evidence of applicable legal, privacy, security and operational conditions or professional review of these drafts.

Mandatory review

EU/Czech counsel + DPO; UK counsel where in scope

This document is a product and compliance draft, not legal advice or approved final wording. Before an external pilot it requires review by qualified EU/Czech counsel and a DPO and, for UK users, by qualified UK counsel.

  • 01contracting parties, governing law and enforceability
  • 02proportionate liability limitations and non-excludable rights
  • 03transparent moderation, remedies and evidenced acceptance

1. Draft, not yet a concluded contract

The closed pilot is operated by XIXOIO LTD, contact info@xixoio.com. This wording remains a draft for professional review, not confirmation of an enforceable contract or complete legal framework. Governing law, full mandatory identification details and the acceptance mechanism require professional review; clicking to accept a draft is not legal approval.

The operator is XIXOIO LTD; the confirmed, monitored contact for support, privacy and security is info@xixoio.com. The operator's pilot approval does not replace evidence of applicable legal, privacy, security and operational conditions or professional review of these drafts.

2. Invitation and eligibility

  • 01access belongs only to the natural person named in a valid invitation
  • 02an invitation, verification code, password, session or other access means must not be transferred
  • 03a participant must have legal capacity and authority to act for the stated organisation; minors are not admitted
  • 04name, professional role and organisational relationship must be true and current
  • 05participation is limited to the assigned community and role; an invitation creates no access to other companies or data
  • 06an XIX / 19 attestation opens published content within its scope; where the room administrator explicitly enables holder contributions, holders may submit posts and comments for human review; it creates no moderation, administration, official-publication or representation authority

3. Permitted use

Within the assigned scope a participant may create a professional profile, read and publish community content, provide feedback and test scenarios expressly marked DEMO / EXPERIMENT. All use must respect the community purpose, the rights of others and confidentiality rules.

Each DEMO unit in the public synthetic preview is only a record used to test the user experience. It has no monetary or market value, uses no DLT or comparable technology and creates no ownership, voting, return, membership, contractual or other right. It cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or deposited; it has no wallet, blockchain contract, contract address or market. This boundary does not change the properties or rights of real external tokens. XIXOUT does not issue or transfer those tokens or determine their legal classification or holders' rights. The DEMO label is not a legal safe harbour and does not determine legal classification; that depends on the actual function and qualified legal assessment.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • 01offering, selling, exchanging, reserving or promoting a real token, investment or financial product
  • 02stating a price, expected return, appreciation, financial entitlement or regulatory approval
  • 03circumventing access controls, unauthorised vulnerability testing or attempting to access another community
  • 04impersonating a person, institution or company, or presenting AI output as a human or regulatory decision
  • 05spam, interaction manipulation, scraping, bulk export, malware or automated load
  • 06unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, deceptive, abusive or third-party-rights-infringing content

5. Participant content

A participant is responsible for having the right to publish their content and for avoiding personal, commercial or protected information beyond the approved purpose. Investment instructions, credentials, private keys, payment-card data, identity documents and special-category personal data must not be submitted.

Content ownership remains with its lawful owner. Final terms must define only the permissions needed by the identified operator to store, display, moderate and back up content; no external content is accepted before approval.

6. Moderation, restrictions and appeals

Access or content may be restricted for a pre-stated reason, including a security risk, rule breach, unlawful content or loss of entitlement. Unless law, security or another person's rights prevent it, the participant receives an intelligible statement of reasons.

A free electronic channel for challenge and human review must exist before the pilot. XOUT-COMM-001 and the final legal design provide further detail.

7. Experimental availability and no reliance

8. Liability limitation and preserved statutory rights

A participant's status as a consumer, trader or weaker party must not be excluded by a blanket statement. Terms must be clear, intelligible, prominent and fair; an unfair or legally prohibited term is not binding to the extent provided by applicable law.

9. Versions, changes, discontinuation and acceptance evidence

The operator may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue the experiment at any time. A material terms change requires a new version, prominent notice and, where legally required, renewed acceptance; it cannot retrospectively remove non-excludable statutory rights.

Acceptance must record document number, version, date, language, time and account. Silence or continued use without proper notice is not automatically treated as consent.
